Use our services only for lawful purposes and refrain from uploading misleading or harmful content.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Forwarding of Information

Information provided by both the employer (buyer of our services) and potential candidates (users of our services) may be forwarded to independent recruiters who have signed contracts with us. This forwarding is solely for recruitment purposes and does not involve the sale of data.

6. Consent for Information Sharing

By using our services, both buyers and users consent to the use of their information for recruitment purposes. This includes posting their information on partnered and non-partnered websites to enhance the recruitment process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. While we strive to maintain accurate and secure systems, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free services, or successful recruitment results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activities.

Refund

1.Refund Period: Refunds for purchased services are available within the first 3 days following the purchase. This refund can be requested regardless of usage, or if the job ad (vacancy advertisement) has not been posted by our recruiting firm within this time. Please note that refunds are not applicable to services such as candidate filtering, partner advertising, or vacancy alerts.

2.Pro-Rated Refunds After Initial Period: If a refund is requested after the initial 3-day period, the amount refunded will be calculated by dividing the total service cost by the number of days the service was used, with the corresponding amount deducted from the initial purchase price.

3.Refund Policy on Service Outcomes: Refunds are not issued based on the absence of results or negative outcomes, in line with our Terms and Conditions. Recruitment outcomes, including employment contracts, are beyond our service guarantee.

4.No Outcome-Based Refunds: The buyer is not entitled to refunds in cases where the recruitment process does not result in employment, regardless of the recruiting firm’s efforts.
